Halden (onlines-shop.com) collects what we need to fill an order and answer a message: name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation from the processor. We do not sell that list.

The site uses a session cookie for the bag and an account cookie if you log in. Analytics, if enabled later, will be listed here.

Inquiries submitted through the contact form are stored in the shop admin and emailed to the workshop desk. We keep them for two years, then delete them.
