How long does shipping take?
Most domestic orders leave the workshop in 2–4 days and arrive in another 2–5. Islands and remote postcodes take longer. You get a tracking number when the parcel leaves.
Do the pans arrive pre-seasoned?
The skillet ships with a light oil film. Cook with it. The grill pan is pre-seasoned. The Dutch oven is enameled and does not need seasoning.
Can I use carbon steel on induction?
Yes. Heat it gradually. Do not crank a burner under an empty pan.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Duties and VAT are the buyer’s. We mark the parcel as kitchen goods with the real value.
Can I change an order?
Write within two hours of placing it. After that it may already be packed.
